Carrefour: takes stake in Showroomprivé
(CercleFinance.com) - Showroomprivé has announced that Carrefour has completed taking a strategic stake of around 17% in its capital, buying the shares from Conforama.
After this deal, Carrefour thus replaces Conforama, in concert with Showroomprivé's founders and Conforama.
The founders will keep a stake representing 27.17% of Showroomprivé's capital and 40.42% of its voting rights, while Carrefour will acquire 16.86% of its capital capital and 13.67% of its voting rights.
