, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has announced that on 17 August it reduced its stake to under the 5% threshold of Air Liquide's capital and now holds, on behalf of its clients and funds, 19,400,474 shares, or 4.99% of the chemical group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the sale of Air Liquide shares on the market and a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral.
