Air Liquide: sells Airgas Rrefrigerants to Hudson Technologi
(CercleFinance.com) - Hudson Technologies, an American group specializing in refrigerants, yesterday announced the acquisition of Airgas Refrigerants (ARI) for a gross valuation of about 220 million dollars (just under 190 million euros).
ARI is a major distributor of refrigerant gas in the US. It is a subsidiary of the big name in American industrial and medical gases, Airgas, which is now part of Air Liquide.
ARI generated pro-forma sales of around 250 million dollars over the 12 months to end-March.
