JCDecaux: back to black in 2022

(CercleFinance.com) - The outdoor advertising group's adjusted revenues increased by 20.
8% in 2022, +16.6% in organic terms, to 3,316.5 million euros, compared to 2,744.6 million euros in 2021.

Meanwhile, its adjusted operating profit improved by 180.7 million euros to 602.9 million euros (compared with 422.3 million euros in 2021), up 42.8% y-o-y. This represents 18.2% of revenues in 2022, +280 bp higher than last year.

The group's adjusted operating income after impairment charges reached 193.0 million euros in 2022, up 184.3 million euros from 8.7 million euros in 2021.

Net income, group share, became positive once again, up 146.7 million euros at 132.1 million euros, compared with a loss of 14.5 million euros in 2021.

In Q1 2023 organic growth in adjusted revenues is expected to reach about +2.5%.
