JCDecaux: doubles stake in Chicago Digital Network to 100%
(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux announces that it has increased its stake in Interstate JCDecaux from 50% to 100%.
JCDecaux North America is now the sole shareholder of this company, which operates the city of Chicago's digital network of 52 large format digital displays under a long-term contract with the city.
The 52 digital displays, most of which are larger than 110 square metres, are all located in the city of Chicago, the third largest media market in North America.
