JCDecaux: ACCC approves APN Outdoor acquisition
(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has said that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has decided to authorise its proposed acquisition of APN Outdoor.
The transaction is now expected to be finalised by the end of 2018.
The proposed transaction remains subject to approval of APN Outdoor's shareholders and the regulatory approval of the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board, the New Zealand Overseas Investment Office and other customary conditions.
In addition, APN Outdoor has unveiled its H1 2018 results, including 4% sales growth to 168.4 million Australian dollars and 7% EBITDA growth to 39.7 million Australian dollars.
