JCDecaux: continues talks with APN Outdoor
(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has confirmed the continuation of discussions with APN Outdoor Group Limited on its proposal to acquire this outdoor advertising group which operates in Australia and New Zealand.
As a reminder, on 20 June the French group submitted an indicative proposal to acquire 100% of this company's capital, for 6.52 Australian dollars per share in cash, representing approximately 0.7 billion euros.
"Until a transaction is agreed between the parties, there is no certainty that the Proposal will result in any transaction. JCDecaux will continue to update the market in relation to the Proposal," it said this morning.
