JCDecaux: contract with city of Nantes
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Monday JCDecaux announced that it had won a call to tender for the rental and parking of bikes in the Nantes Metropolis (Loire-Atlantique) for a period of 7 years (with the possibility of an extension for a further 3 years).
Under the contract's terms, the global leader in outdoor advertising, which is going to totally rethink its offer, will become the sole operator of bikes in the Nantes metropolis (620,000 inhabitants), with a comprehensive bicloo service.
Indeed, for the first time in France, an operator will offer a community a comprehensive and complementary bike offer: self-service bicycles, medium- and long-term bike rentals, and in particular, bikes with electrical assistance; finally parking solutions will be available.
