JCDecaux: finalises acquisition of LC Outdoor.
(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux has now completed the acquisition of LC Outdoor, a company that operates on the island of La Réunion.
Founded in 2008, LC Outdoor has established itself as the leader in street furniture on the island of La Réunion.
JCDecaux said it therefore consolidates its place as leader in outdoor advertising in Africa, and particularly its position in the Mascarenes islands (La Réunion, Mauritius, Rodrigues), which have the highest GDP per capita in Africa.
