Ipsos: Schroder IM Ltd cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Schroder Investment Management Limited, acting on behalf of funds its manages and clients, has informed the AMF that on 7 February it individually cut its stake in Ipsos' capital to below the threshold of 5% its capital, with it now holding 4.
99% of the company's share capital and 4.44% of its voting rights.
Schroder's stake fell below this threshold following the sale of shares on the market.
On this occasion, Schroders Plc did not cross any threshold and that through companies it controls acting on behalf of funds and clients, as of 7 February, it holds 5.02% of the opinion poll group's capital and 4.46% of its voting rights.
