Ipsos: Schroders raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning the AMF published a notice that on 11 December, the British asset manager Schroders, raised its stake in Ipsos' capital to above the threshold of 5%, after buying shares on the market.
On this date, on behalf of funds managed and clients, Schroders held 5.001% of the group's capital and 4.45% of its voting rights.
