Ipsos: Sofina reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Sofina has informed the AMF that on 16 May it reduced its stake in Ipsos' capital to below the thresholds of 10% of voting rights and 5% of the capital, with it now holding 4.
34% of the capital and 3.71% of the voting rights in the opinion polls group's capital.
The crossing of these thresholds results from the OTC sale of Ipsos shares.
