Safran: extends R&D and production site
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran today inaugurated the extension of the engineering and antenna production site at La Teste de Buch, in south-west France.
This site brings together the Research & Development (R&D), production and customer support teams for the antennae and ground stations for satellites and flight tests of Safran Data Systems.
The site is doubling its surface area, now 6,850m², to respond to the strong growth of the company, in particular linked to the proliferation of space programs (scientific missions, telecommunications, constellations, etc.).
