Safran: groups together businesses in 3 operating segments
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran wants to increase the synergies between its Aerosystems and Aircraft Interiors activities following the acquisition of Zodiac Aerospace.
The group announces that its businesses will now be grouped into three operating segments: Aerospace Propulsion, Aircraft Equipment, Defense and Aerosystems and Aircraft Interiors.
"This new legal and operational organization will be accompanied by a change in presentation of segment information with effect from the publication of the 2019 interim consolidated financial statements on September 5, 2019," management said.
