Safran: targets organic sales growth of 4% to 6% p.a.
(CercleFinance.com) - Ahead of its CMD today, Safran has said that it is aiming to report average organic sales growth of 4% to 6% over 2019-2022, as well as an underlying operating margin in a range of between 16% and 18% by 2022.
The group also expects to generate a high level of cash, boosted by 50% growth in EBITDA between 2018 and 2022, with a conversion rate of underlying operating profit into free cash flow of over 50% each year, and over 60% in 2022.
Regarding its capital allocation policy, Safran intends to execute its entire 2.3 billion euro share repurchase program that it begun in 2018, then increasing this program by an additional 700 million euros.
