Safran: BlackRock raises stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, US asset manager BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 8 November, it increased its stake in Safran to above the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights that it now holds, for the said clients and funds, 6.
01% of the group's capital and 5.01% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to OTC purchases of Safran shares and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
