Safran: redemption price of 2020 bond set
(CercleFinance.com) - Following the procedure for the construction of a reverse order book, completed on 30 October, Safran said this Monday that the 2020 OCEANE (bond convertible into new or existing shares) presented in this framework will be redeemed at a unit price of 113.

The settlement of the redemption of these securities, which represents a total nominal amount of 633,557,121.12 euros (i.e. 97.47% of the 2020 OCEANE originally issued), is scheduled for 7 November. The bonds thus redeemed will be cancelled, in accordance with the rules laid down.
