Safran: signs merger treaty with Zodiac Aerospace
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran and Zodiac Aerospace have signed a merger treaty on the planned merger-absorption of Zodiac Aerospace by Safran, as announced on 1 June 2005.
The project will be submitted for approval at Safran shareholders' extraordinary general meeting convened for 27 November 2018.
"Given that no consideration is to be transferred for Safran's direct interest in Zodiac Aerospace, the merger will have a limited dilutive impact and will give rise to the issuance of Safran shares representing approximately 0.79% of the share capital," the company said.
