Safran: French State's stake falls to under 20% of VR
(CercleFinance.com) - The French State (Agence des Participations de l'Etat) has informed the AMF that on 1 October it reduced its stake in Safran, now holding less than 20% of the group's voting rights, and that it now holds 10.
81% of the group's capital and 17.67% of its voting rights (VR).
This threshold has been crossed due to an OTC sale of Safran shares.
