Safran: agreement with Dassault Aviation on Silvercrest
(CercleFinance.com) - Following the termination of the Silvercrest contract and the end of the Falcon 5X program, Dassault Aviation announces that it has signed an amicable agreement with Safran that puts an end to their dispute over the Silvercrest engine, which was intended to equip the Falcon 5X.
Dassault Aviation will receive compensation of 280 million dollars from Safran, with the other commercial terms of the program that were applicable to the contract not being affected - particularly the cash contributions already paid by Safran.
