Safran: wins contract with Dutch Army
(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday Safran announced that its Swiss subsidiary Safran Vectronix has been selected by the Dutch Defence Materials Organisation (DMO), for the provision of over 1000 of the latest generation Moskito TI binoculars as part of the Thermal Handheld Imaging System (THIS) program.
These monocular and multifunction binoculars, equipped with high-performance sensors and modules, will equip different units of the army and special forces of the Netherlands.
Safran did not disclose the terms of the contract.
