Safran: Zodiac merger-absorption project studied
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has announced studying a proposed merger by absorption of Zodiac Aerospace by the group, as part of the reorganisation of assumptions mentioned in the prospectus relating to the public offering of 21 December 2017.
In addition to prior consultation with the representative bodies of personnel, the conditions of this planned merger would require the necessary prior authorisations. Safran aims to complete this operation by the end of 2018.
