Safran: delivers 2000th thrust reverser for HTF7000 engine
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has announced the delivery of the 2000th thrust reverser for all versions of Honeywell's HTF7000 engine.
These 2000 thrust reversers have been designed and manufactured by Safran Nacelles for nearly 20 years at its United Kingdom site in Burnley.
The thrust reversers have been supplied to various customers to serve a number of aircraft and engine variations, including Bombardier Challenger 300/350, Embraer Legacy 450/500, Gulfstream G280 and Textron Cessna Citation Longitude.
Their different variants have logged up a total of over 3.5 million flight hours.
