Safran: entry into Cailabs' capital.
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has announced its entry into Cailabs' capital, through its subsidiary Safran Corporate Ventures, which is dedicated to investments in innovative technology companies.
As a spin-off of the Kastler Brossel laboratory, Cailabs designs and markets photonic products in the form of components, modules or equipment for the telecom and industrial laser markets.
Safran Electrical & Power is working with Cailabs on optical fibers based development projects for next generation wiring systems,” said Alain Sauret, Chief Executive Officer of Safran Electrical & Power.
