Safran: variable rate bond issue.
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has announced making a variable rate bond issue totalling 1 billion euros in two tranches (500 million euros each), with respective maturities of two and four years, an issue for which the order book has exceeded 3.

The two-year tranche will have a coupon set at Euribor 3 months + 30 basis points per annum and will be issued at 100.059% of the nominal amount. The four-year issue will have a coupon set at Euribor 3 months + 57 basis points per annum and will be issued at 100% of the nominal amount.
Settlement/delivery is scheduled for 28 June, when the bonds will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris. The funds raised will finance the high-tech group's general needs.
