Pierre & Vacances: slightly reduces H1 loss
(CercleFinance.com) - Pierre & Vacances has published net loss (before taking into account the items relating to the ORNANE convertible bond) of -102.
4 million euros for H1 2017-18, representing a 3.5 million y-o-y improvement.
The underlying operating result reached -94.9 million euros, compared to -96.1 million euros a year earlier, with the slight improvement thanks to the growth of tourism activities. In all, revenues increased 6.5% to 654.8 million euros.
Taking into account the outlook for tourism activities and planned signatures on real estate projects in the second half of the year, the group has confirmed its full-year 2017-18 target for growth in underlying operating profit relative to 2016-17.
