Alten: no dividend for 2019
(CercleFinance.com) - IT group Alten says that at present it does not have enough reliable information to establish forecasts for 2020 and has announced that its Board of Directors has decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for 2019 at its AGM.
This decision enables Alten to preserve its financial resources to protect the future, in a context where all stakeholders - particularly employees - are all in solidarity with the group and contribute to the collective effort, it explained.
Alten added that it is taking adequate measures to limit the negative impacts of the crisis, resulting from the fall in business, such as the use of part-time work when this is possible in the different countries where the group operates.
