FFP: about to change its name
(CercleFinance.com) - FFP has announced that its Board of Directors will propose to its shareholders a change in its name to Peugeot Invest at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 March.
The group says that with this clear and descriptive name, the listed investment company confirms its roots in Peugeot's history, which began over two hundred years ago, and particularly its industrial, family, responsible and long-term DNA.
Through their joint subsidiary, Peugeot 1810, FFP and its controlling shareholder Etablissements Peugeot Frères remain a reference shareholder of the new Stellantis group, which was created by the merger between Peugeot SA and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
