FFP: E300m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - FFP, the investment company of the Peugeot family, announces the issue of an inaugural 300 million euro bond, maturing in seven years (October 2026), paying an annual fixed coupon of 1.
875%.
This issue will enable FFP to extend the average maturity of its debt and to diversify its funding sources. The net proceeds will be allocated to general needs in order to pursue its long-term minority investor strategy.
Its settlement-delivery will occur on 30 October. The bonds will then be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
The placement was jointly conducted by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Natixis as joint bookrunners.
