Covivio: EPRA EPS reaches E2.17 in H1 2020
(CercleFinance.com) - The real estate company Covivio has published H1 2020 EPRA Earnings of 192 million euros, or 2.

"During the 1st semester, our offices and residential activities (84% of our portfolio) performed well. On the other hand, hotels have been directly impacted by an unprecedented crisis," said CEO Christophe Kullmann.
Assets totaled 25 billion euros (17 billion group share), up 8% over six months and up 1% like-for-like, despite the 3.1% decline in hotels. Meanwhile, rental revenues reached 302 million euros.
