Bonduelle: towards 'limited growth' in full-year sales
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening, Bonduelle group announced H1 2018-2019 sales of 1,406.
6 million euros, down 1%, both as reported and on a comparable basis.
The Europe zone, which represents 45.7% of total sales over the period, overall saw sales increase in the first half; +1.4% as reported and +1.6% on a comparable basis.
For the non-Europe zone, representing 54.3% of the group's consolidated sales, the group reported a 2.9% fall as reported and -3.1% in comparable terms.
"The Bonduelle Group is anticipating a limited growth of its revenue at constant exchange rates over FY 2018-2019, mainly fuelled, in the absence of any expected internal growth, by the acquisition of the Del Monte business activity and for a limited contribution, subject to completion of the transaction, of the frozen activity in Lebanon," the group said.
