TF1: new agreement on French content creation
(CercleFinance.com) - TF1 announces the signing of a new agreement with SATEV, SPECT, SPFA, SPI and USPA, amending that signed on 24 May 2016, to accompany the transformations of the audiovisual sector of French creation and the development of uses.
TF1 's share of investments in work from "independent" production has thus increased from 8% to 8.75% of its net revenue, and that devoted to works in production reserved for its subsidiaries, has risen from 3.25% to 3.75%.
With this endorsement, which will enter into force on 1 January 2019 and apply for three years, the group renews its commitment to the creation of heritage works, which represents 12.5% of net turnover for another year.
