(CercleFinance.com) - The French TV channel TF1, the Italian Mediaset and the group German ProSiebenSat.
1 have announced the creation of a joint venture called European Broadcaster Exchange (EBX), which will offer pan-European video campaigns.
TF1 explains that this new entity, which has a real European dimension to it, is the first axis of an ambitious strategic collaboration between the three media groups, which is mainly oriented around the development of innovative technologies and advertising models.
European Broadcaster Exchange's headquarters will be in London. This joint venture project is subject to approval from European competition authorities.
