Ubisoft: numerous announcements at annual conference
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning, investors were digesting the numerous announcements made by Ubisoft at its annual conference on Saturday.
The event was all the more closely watched as it was held a few days after the official announcement of the acquisition of a stake by the Chinese tech giant Tencent.
During this meeting, called "Ubisoft Forward", the French video games publisher unveiled the next episode of its successful franchise, "Assassin's Creed Mirage".
As such, the group said it will partner with Netflix to create a film adaptation of Assassin's Creed and develop an exclusive mobile game for Netflix members.
