Ubisoft: Crédit Agricole stake falls under 15%
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Agricole has declared, for regularization purposes, that on 3 May its stake in the company Ubisoft Entertainment (indirectly, through the companies Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Caceis which it controls) fell below the threshold of 15% of its capital.
The company therefore indirectly owns 16,459,767 Ubisoft Entertainment shares, representing 24,050,676 voting rights, or 14.73% of its capital and 18.42% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the sale of Ubisoft Entertainment shares on the market.
