Amboise: draft tender filed for Altamir
(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole CIB, acting on behalf of Amboise SAS, has filed a draft bid with the AMF for the ordinary shares of Altamir, which will resume listing this Monday 7 May 2018.
The originator irrevocably commits to acquire all the shares it doesn't hold at a par value of 17.36 euros (with coupon attached) except the 18,582 B shares, or a total of 25,775,627 shares representing 70.56% of the capital of Altamir.
Several shareholders, holding 4,165,000 shares, or 11.40% of the capital and 11.41% of the voting rights of the company have committed to the originator not to contribute their shares to the bid.
