Derichebourg: prepares to acquire Ecore

(CercleFinance.com) - Derichebourg has announced that its subsidiary Derichebourg Environnement has signed an agreement with the shareholders of Ecore to acquire all the capital of Groupe Ecore Holding (Luxembourg).


The deal will be effective after obtaining the authorisation from the competent M&A authorities, the company said.
