Derichebourg: acquires Vibey Energies
(CercleFinance.com) - Derichebourg Energie announces the acquisition of the company Vibey Energies, which is based in the Bordeaux region.
Vibey Energies is an expert in electrical engineering for the building sector. In 2018 it generated revenues of 5 million euros, and has 30 employees.
This acquisition is part of Derichebourg Energie's national development and, thanks to this implantation, will enable it to develop its other businesses and those of its subsidiaries - i.e. climate engineering and public lighting, the group said.
