Derichebourg: sells businesses in Italy
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Derichebourg Environnement sold to the company Iren Ambiente its household waste collection, urban cleaning, and waste processing activities in Italy.
San Germano is a private company serving public authorities for the collection of household waste and urban cleaning in the regions of Piedmont, Lombardy and Sardinia, thanks to a network of around twenty agencies.
CMT is responsible for the collection and processing of paper, cardboard and plastics on six sites in Piedmont and Sardinia.
These businesses contributed 61 million euros to Derichbourg's consolidated turnover in fiscal year 2017-2018 (2.1% of total turnover).
