Derichebourg: Norges Bank's stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Norway's central bank, Norges Bank, has informed the AMF that on 16 August its stake in Derichebourg fell below 5% of its capital and that it now holds 4.
95% of the services group's capital and 3.49% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from a restitution of Derichebourg shares held as collateral.
