M6: EU clears joint venture with Galileo

The joint venture will offer online certification and non-certification training courses, mainly in the fields of culinary professions, beauty, real estate, personal services, management, sales, business creation, digital, social networks, DIY, health and paramedical, exclusively in France.
Galileo is a private higher education and vocational training group which operates institutions worldwide - mainly in the European Economic Area.
The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns given its limited impact on the market structure.
