M6: finalises takeover of Lagardère's TV division
(CercleFinance.com) - Today, M6 announces that it has finalised the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the companies that form Lagardère group's television division (excluding Mezzo).
For the record, the assets sold includes Lagardère's television channels Gulli (and its international variations), Canal J, TiJi, Elle Girl TV, MCM, MCM Top, RFM TV, as well as associated advertising networks, representing pro-forma revenues of 98 million euros.
The transaction (enterprise value of 215 million euros), has been paid in full.
The scope acquired will be consolidated in M6's financial statements as from 1 September 2019.
