M6: announces acquisition of CTZAR
(CercleFinance.com) - M6 Group, via its advertising department M6 Publicité, today announced that it has taken a majority stake in CTZAR and its international network Sociaddict.
The agency, which is specialised in social influence marketing, CTZAR has from 2008 modelled the word-of-mouth of opinion leaders as a new communication media for brands, M6 explained.
CTZAR will enable M6 to strengthen its offering on a strategic communication lever for its clients and it will use all its expertise and available resources to ensure its development, said David Larramendy, CEO of M6 Publicité.
