Hermes: Stifel still on hold

(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel maintains its "hold" rating on Stifel shares, with an unchanged target price of 1,200 euros (current price: 1225 euros, -0.
6%).

Even so, the analyst has raised its sales forecasts for Q3, now expecting growth of 24.5% y-o-y, up from 20.5% previously.

Stifel expects an 8% increase in sales in Q4, compared to 13% previously. Indeed, according to Stifel, low inventory levels at the end of September should result in a significant deceleration in Leather Goods sales.

In this context, the analyst models an EBIT margin of 37.7% in 2021, down from 38.1% previously.
