Hermès: 11% growth in H1.
(CercleFinance.com) - Hermès International has published H1 sales of 2,713 million euros, up +11% (+10% at constant exchange rates), with strong growth in the group's stores (+11% at constant exchange rates).
The luxury group's revenues rose in all areas worldwide, beginning with Asia excluding Japan (+14%), which confirms the positive momentum of the clothing-accessories and silk-textile businesses.
Hermès estimates that its operating profitability at end-June should be close to the peak reached last year, although warns that this performance cannot be extrapolated over the full-year.
