Atos: wins new contract for UGAP in consortium
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos and Open have announced that they have been selected in a consortium by UGAP, the only generalist public procurement agency in France, for a new contract.
The new contract will give the public sector in mainland France and the French overseas territories access to the entire chain of services required for the transformation to the cloud.
The services deployed by Atos and Open are aimed at all of UGAP's customers: ministries, local authorities, public health or social sector funds and establishments, government operators and private organisations with a public service mission.
This four-year contract is part of the State's 'cloud at the centre' strategy. This strategy encourages the entire public sector to accelerate its digital transformation.
