Atos: agrees to acquire Sec Consult Group
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has said that it has signed an agreement to acquire SEC Consult Group, a provider of cybersecurity consulting services, enabling it to strengthen its positions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region) with over 600 experts, thereby confirming its number one position in Europe.
SEC Consult specialises in the provision of cybersecurity consulting, intrusion testing, red teaming and technical evaluation services in the DACH, APAC (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia) and North America regions.
It has over 200 specialists who serve the largest companies - particularly in finance, energy, technology and the public sector. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the year, subject to obtaining antitrust approvals.
