Atos: about to acquire Edifixio
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the shareholders of Edifixio, a French Cloud consulting and integration company and Salesforce, with a view to its acquisition.
This transaction will expand Atos' customer portfolio and its expertise in the areas of Cloud, Salesforce and application transformation, thanks to the extensive skills of Edifixio's 370 consultants.
The IT services group states that the transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the year, subject to consultation with Edifixio's employee representative bodies.
