Atos: finalises acquisition of IDnomic
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announced on Tuesday evening that it has finalised the acquisition of IDnomic, European leader in digital identity management infrastructures.
"With acquisition, Atos reinforces its global leadership in cybersecurity and expands its offering in the field of digital identity management and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) solutions," Atos said.
The amount of the deal was not specified. In the year 2018, IDnomic reported sales of 17 million euros.
