Atos: begins talks to acquire IDnomic
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it is entering into exclusive negotiations with all IDnomic shareholders, namely T.
D.H., Thales, Idemia, Banque des Territoires and Euro-Information, to acquire this European leader in digital identity management infrastructures.
"This acquisition will enable the creation of a major cybersecurity player in digital identity management and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) solutions publishing," the group explained.
The IT services group expects the transaction to be finalised in the second half of this year, subject to the information/consultation of both companies' employee representative bodies.
